The museum

With the foundation of the PosterMuseum in Hoorn in May 2003 the Netherlands have a place where the poster is given all attention with a continuous exhibition of Dutch design classics and each year about four changing exhibitions.

The PosterMuseum is located in the old city centre of Hoorn in two 18th century buildings, a very short distance from the Westfrisian Museum and a couple of other museums.
